Made to order pieces will usually be shipped in less than 1 month.

For bespoke commissions, this will largely depend on the complexity of the piece but it will usually be between 2-4 months.

UK shipping is free of charge.

International shipping will involve a flat fee of £35 to cover insurance and postage costs. Please also consider customs fees where applicable as this is the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to the bespoke nature of my work, sales are non-refundable. This includes both made to order and bespoke pieces.

Regarding bespoke pieces, we will work closely together throughout the process to ensure your piece aligns with expectations.

Bespoke pieces start at £300 (GBP). Anything in gold is likely to be more. If you have a budget in mind, you can input this in the form and I will work with this where possible.

This is usually possible but it does not always mean the piece will cost less. Removing gemstones safely and melting your piece to make it useable again is a very labour intensive process.

It should also be noted that any remodel involves a risk to the stone, particularly softer stones. Whilst I will always take the greatest care to avoid the worst happening, you should consider whether you are comfortable with this risk.

It is important that you provide an accurate ring size, particularly if your ring has engraving or gemstones.

If you are unsure of your size, the best thing to do is to visit a reputable jeweler for an accurate measurement. Cheap online sizers can sometimes be slightly inaccurate.

Wider rings fit more snugly than thinner rings, and will often involve sizing up slightly.

I can send you an accurate sizer for a fee of £40 (GBP).

Resizes are usually possible but may involve a charge depending on the complexity of the job. They can also disrupt engraving patterns, please contact me if you would like guidance specific to your ring.

You will receive care instructions with your order.

I provide a complimentary annual clean and polish, I just ask that postage is covered.

Honestly, I prefer not to as I love the champagne/ grey tones in unplated white gold. Plating gold also feels counterintuitive to me as gold pieces should require minimal maintenance in my opinion.
